Sales Manager Temporary Works (Formwork solutions)
Up to £75,000 + Monthly commission + Car or Car Allowance + Fuel card
Our global client is a leading provider of Formwork/Falsework solutions, providing product technology expertise for civil infrastructure, building, rail, power and utility construction projects across the UK and Europe.
Utilising innovative products and technologies to deliver complex projects, we are seeking talented Sales Managers with good knowledge of the Temporary Works industry, which must include experience successfully selling Formwork, Falsework or Scaffold solutions.
Taking on a lead role within the team, you will be integral to developing the sales strategy to generate new business and expand existing client relationships.
In this position, you will:
* Work across new business and existing client opportunities
* Lead the existing Formwork sales team to achieve revenue targets
* Identify target projects in their early stages in order to develop potential business
* Develop a project pipeline to grow market share
* Grow revenues from existing clients
* Maintain and develop relationships with clients
To be considered, you will offer:
* A successful track record in generating sales
* Experience of working in the Formwork / Scaffold industry (minimum 3 years)
* Experience of selling Formwork and/or Scaffold solutions
* Experience of growing key client relationshipsGood commercial acumen
* Good communication and relationship building skills
