IT Support Engineer
About the job
We are recruiting for an experienced IT Support Engineer to join our clients friendly team. This role involves providing 2nd line remote and onsite support to their customers. As you will be working within a team environment and speaking to customers daily, your communication skills must be very strong. The role will primarily be in their offices based in Tonbridge, Kent.
Skills and Experience
* A people-person
* Great with customers
* Self-motivated with a can-do attitude
* Able to prioritise and manage your own work load.
* Able to quickly troubleshoot and resolve issues.
* You will have the technical ability to support the following:
* Windows 11, Windows 10, Mac OS,
* Printing, Group Policy, Backup Systems & Networking
* Microsoft 365 Exchange Online & SharePoint, Intune, SharePoint and Azure.
* Mobile device management & OS - Windows, Android, IOS
* VoIP phone systems
Desirable Experience in:
Networking: LAN, WAN, VPN, VLANs, Switches, Managed WIFI, Firewalls and Routers
Minimum 3 year's experience as an IT Helpdesk Technician, preferably with an MSP or similar
