The Role As a Vehicle Paint Technician at our Brackley site, you’ll work on a variety of vehicles—including electric and hybrid models—applying flawless finishes that meet the highest quality expectations. Your Key Responsibilities: * Preparing vehicles: washing, sanding, and masking * Mixing and colour-matching paint with precision * Applying coatings using spray guns and operating the spray booth * Checking all finishes to ensure they meet quality control standards * Collaborating with the wider workshop team to meet deadlines * Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area About You We're looking for a detail-driven professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional results.
