Project Manager – Unispace

Role Profile
As a Project Manager you will oversee the delivery of high‑specification projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. Your responsibilities will include managing multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating internal and external teams, and driving compliance and safety across all activities.
Key responsibilities:
* Managing multiple projects simultaneously.
* Coordinating with clients, contractors and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
* Managing the commercial and contract side of the project from tender handover through to final account.
* Developing and maintaining project programmes and resource plans.
* Identifying and mitigating risks and managing risk control to ensure project success.
* Leading project meetings and providing regular updates and reports to clients and their teams.
* Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
* Providing experienced and effective leadership to each member of the project.
* Reporting aspects of the project to clients, contracts managers, head of operations, directors and any other relevant stakeholders.
* Liaising with the Technical Services Team to ensure the delivery of design and drawings captures any additional cost, programme delay or external influence that may affect project delivery.
* Managing the procurement process.
* Promoting and driving health and safety.
* Cost control, while liaising with the project quantity surveyor to produce monthly reports.
* Building and maintaining relationships with clients.
* Managing quality control and handover documentation.
* Contributing to business development through client relationship management.
