SEND Review Officer Location: Worcestershire County Council Rate: £355.05 per day Hours: 35 hours per week Working pattern: Hybrid / Remote Employer: Pertemps Job Purpose Pertemps are recruiting on behalf of Worcestershire County Council for an experienced SEND Review Officer to join their Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) Team. The role involves coordinating and reviewing Education, Health and Care (EHC) Plans in line with statutory requirements, ensuring that children and young people with SEND receive appropriate support to achieve their outcomes. Key Responsibilities Lead on the review process for EHC Plans, ensuring compliance with the SEND Code of Practice. Liaise with families, schools, and multi-agency professionals to gather and share information effectively. Identify and address any gaps or changes in provision, updating plans where necessary. Ensure all statutory timescales are met and documentation is accurate and up to date. Contribute to service improvement by supporting best practice within the SEND Review Team. Support Worcestershire’s commitment to delivering person-centred and outcome-focused SEND services. Requirements Strong understanding of the SEND Code of Practice (2015). Experience working within a Local Authority SEND Team. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Ability to manage a varied caseload and meet statutory deadlines. Why work through Pertemps?
