Our Mental Health service is currently looking for a Support Officer to join our dynamic team in Sittingbourne.
We're looking for a motivated, flexible, committed individual who is passionate about empowering and supporting service users with mental health needs to achieve their recovery goals and take steps towards greater independence. Archer House provides homes and support for people living with complex mental health needs. The support we provide is focused on recovery, with people staying an average of three to five years.
Our aim is to support service users to develop their confidence, skills and resilience in order to improve their quality of life. We use a co-production model to achieve this where service users and staff work together as equal partners, and service users are actively engaged with planning, shaping and influencing the service they receive.
