Who we are looking for:
* A Physician Assistant passionate about community health and family medicine
* A healthcare professional committed to working with underserved patient populations

Position Details:
* Proudly serving a largely migrant and Latino community
* 1.0 FTE (40 hours a week with 34 hours of clinical and 6 hours of admin time)
* EMR system is EPIC
* Clinic Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30 am – 7:00 pm
Position highlights:
* Base compensation $127k - $141k. Total potential compensation ranges from $149k - $200k
* $15k Hiring Bonus
* $20k Relocation allowance
* $50k student loan repayment assistance beginning the month after your start date
* $1,500 monthly auto/home stipend for the first year
* $25K geographical pay differential
* Malpractice insurance coverage (no tail coverage policy needed)
* 4-week Medical Spanish Immersion Program in Xayla, Guatemala

Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you must complete a Master's Degree - Physician Assistant or Bachelor's Degree in Health Science and a two-year Physician Assistant training program.
