We are seeking a dedicated Assembly Operative to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling furniture accurately and efficiently, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained throughout the production process. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop technical skills within a dynamic warehouse environment. Responsibilities Applying foam to sofa frames and chairs using a glue spray gun within a ventilated glue booth Assisting with basic frame assembly Bolting leg frames onto furniture Supporting product line assembly Packaging finished goods ready for dispatch General warehouse labouring duties as required Maintaining a clean and safe working environment Working hours: Monday Thursday 7:30am 4pm, Friday 7:30am 1:30pm Full training will be provided. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn and assist wherever required.
