My client is recruiting for an EB (Employee Benefits) Account Handler to manage the day-to-day operations of client portfolios, acting as the primary office-based contact. They are responsible for processing renewals, mid-term adjustments (MTAs), and new business quotes while building strong relationships with clients and insurers.
Key Responsibilities:
Portfolio Management: Handling a portfolio of clients, ensuring accuracy in documentation, renewals, and adjustments.
Client Support: Acting as the main point of contact, resolving queries, and providing technical advice.
Renewals & Quotes: Managing the end-to-end renewal process and preparing quotations.
Compliance: Ensuring all actions comply with FCA regulations and internal company policies.
Relationship Building: Maintaining strong, positive relationships with both clients and insurers.
Requirements & Skills:
Experience: Previous experience in commercial insurance,, or specialized areas like employee benefits.
Qualifications: Often expected to hold or be working towards Cert CII.
Skills: Strong communication, organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft 365 and broker systems.
Salary: From £28,000 to over £40,000 per year, often dependent on experience.
