Job Title: SAP VIM Consultant
Location: Stockley Park, UK (Hybrid – 2–3 days onsite per week)

Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Delivery
Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP OpenText VIM solutions.
Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Configure VIM components including invoice capture, approval workflows, exception handling, and integration with SAP ECC/S4HANA.
Support enhancements, upgrades, and optimisation projects for VIM and AP automation.
Support & Operations
Provide Level 2/3 support for VIM incidents, service requests, and problem management.
Troubleshoot VIM workflows, OCR issues, and invoice processing errors.
Collaborate with Basis, ABAP, and third‑party vendors for system fixes and improvements.
Maintain functional documentation, configuration guides, and process maps.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
Work closely with Finance/AP teams to streamline invoice processing.
Lead workshops, training sessions, and user onboarding for VIM features.
Assist in UAT planning, execution, and sign‑off.
Project & Governance
Contribute to SAP project delivery, ensuring adherence to governance and quality standards.
Ensure configurations comply with internal controls, audit, and compliance requirements.
Required Skills & Experience
Technical Skills
4+ years hands-on experience with OpenText VIM for SAP (must-have).
Strong understanding of P2P and Accounts Payable processes.
Experience with:
VIM workflow configuration
DP Dashboard, Validation, Exception Handling
OCR/Capture Center or ICC/BCC
Integration with SAP MM, FI, and Workflow
Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is an advantage.
