About you Proven experience as a General Manager or in a senior leadership role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury or boutique hotel setting. Track record of driving strategic changes, optimising performance, and increasing revenue. Strong financial acumen with expertise in cost control, budgeting, and revenue management.
