You will be reporting to the Head of Change and will join the Change Delivery Leadership Team, consisting of 2 Senior Enterprise Change Managers, 1 Senior Change Optimisation Manger, 1 Senior Enterprise PMO Manager and 1 Senior Journey Experience Manager. Every change we deliver isultimately forour customers andwe’redelivering new experiences centred around their needs – ensuring faster,simplerand more connected customer experiences that genuinely add value.

WhatWill YouBeDoing?
12. Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise-wide change, ensuring initiatives align with strategic goals and deliver measurable value.
13. Provide strong leadership to change teams and partners, guiding internal teams, contractors, and embedded change agents across multipleinitiatives.
14. Drive Agile maturity across the organisation, while ensuring flexibility to deliver througha variety of change frameworks and methodologies.
15. Act as a trusted escalation point and thought leader, ensuring robust governance, effective risk management, and high-quality delivery standards.
16. Partner with the Head of Change to shape and execute the enterprise change roadmap and optimise the change operating model.
17. Enable seamless cross-functional collaboration, working closely with delivery teams, business units, and enabling functions such as technology, architecture, and finance.
18. Ensure effective prioritisation and resource allocation, aligning delivery cadence with business needs and strategic priorities.
19. Champion continuous improvement and adaptive planning, fostering an agile, change-ready culture across the organisation.
20. Embed outcome-focused performance measures, tracking delivery health, benefits realisation, and informing data-driven decision-making.

21. Proven leadership capability, with experience managing multi-layered delivery teams in complex environments.
22. Strong knowledge andexpertiseacrossavariety of delivery frameworks(e.g.lean-agile principles,SAFe, Waterfall, Scrum, and Kanban)
23. High emotional intelligenceand the ability to influence, engage, and challenge senior stakeholders effectively.
24. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and fast-paced change.
25. Deep change management capability, including impact assessment, readiness planning, and benefits realisation.
26. Excellent facilitation and negotiation skills, especially within complex stakeholder landscapes.
27. Experience delivering enterprise-wide transformation, ideally in matrixed or regulated, technology-enabled environments.
28. Commercial and financial acumen, with experience supporting investment cases and benefits tracking.
