SEN Teaching Assistant
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm
Salary: £100-£120 per day
Location: Hertfordshire
Are you ready to make a real difference for young people who face emotional, social, and mental health challenges? We are looking for a fun, engaging, and committed SEN Teaching Assistant to support students in a SEMH school setting.
The students are 11-16 years old and may find traditional school environments challenging. They benefit from consistent, patient, and encouraging support to help them succeed both academically and personally. You will help create a safe, structured, and positive environment where students feel valued and motivated to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
Support students in the classroom, helping them access learning and stay engaged
Assist with a range of activities, both academic and social, to promote confidence and personal growth
Build positive, trusting relationships with students, understanding their individual needs
Bring energy, creativity, and a sense of fun to every day
