Are you a Project Manager with a background in millwork looking to take ownership of high-end, custom projects within a well-established and growing business?

You'll take full ownership of projects from concept through installation, working closely with clients, engineers, production, and site teams, with clear progression into senior project management or leadership positions as the business grows.
You will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, while acting as the key point of contact for clients and internal teams. You'll ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality and safety standards.
This role would suit a driven Project Manager with millwork experience who enjoys managing complex, custom projects and wants to progress within a high-quality, design-led environment.
The Role:
1. Manage full project lifecycle from scope through to closeout
2. Act as primary liaison between clients, engineering, production, and installation teams
3. Interpret architectural and shop drawings and coordinate with drafting teams
The Candidate:
4. Strong understanding of architectural and shop drawings
5. Experience with project management tools (MS Project, Procore, Bluebeam, etc.)
6. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
