Night Shift Team Leader Manufacturing | Healthcare / Medical Devices Shift-based role We're working with a leading manufacturer within the Global Healthcare / Medical Devices sector who are looking to appoint a Shift Team Leader to strengthen their production leadership team. This is a hands-on leadership role with real autonomy, responsible for managing people, production, quality, and continuous improvement on shift within a regulated manufacturing environment. The Role As Shift Team Leader, you will have full responsibility for the effective management of personnel and machinery on your shift, ensuring production plans are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You'll lead a team of circa 10-20 operators (shift dependent), drive performance, support development, and play a key role in operational improvement projects across the site.
