As Procurement Systems Administrator, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth, compliant, and efficient procurement operations within ABM's new Coupa Procure-to-Pay (P2P) system. From creating purchase orders to managing catalogues, you'll keep processes running seamlessly and support the business in maximising system potential.
What You'll Do
* Maintain and update supplier and product catalogues within the procurement system.
* Generate, validate, and process purchase orders (POs) to support transactions.
* Support supplier onboarding and data management, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
* Monitor usage and adoption of Coupa, producing dashboards, reports, and supplier performance metrics.
* Act as a key liaison between internal teams and customers to resolve data-related issues.
* Collaborate with procurement colleagues to improve processes and drive efficiency.
Requirements
* Experience with P2P systems (Coupa or similar highly desirable).
* A process-led mindset with strong attention to detail.
* Previous exposure to procurement operations, supplier enablement, or systems administration.
* Confident working with data, reporting, and compliance requirements.
* A proactive team player with excellent communication skills.
