This role will be responsible for coordinating our client-facing knowledge content platform, ensuring a seamless user experience and efficient content dissemination.
Responsibilities
* User Management: Oversee user accounts, manage access permissions, and ensure security protocols are followed.
* Inbox Monitoring: Monitor and respond to queries received in the platform's dedicated inbox, providing timely and accurate assistance.
* Content Review: Assist in reviewing and editing content for accuracy, relevance, and quality before publication.
* Content Infrastructure Development: Contribute to building and enhancing the platform’s infrastructure to better serve content across various areas.
* Requirements Gathering: Meet with stakeholders from across the firm to gather initial requirements for new knowledge products, such as reports, trackers, guides, and training materials.
* Design Solutions: Suggest and implement design solutions for effectively presenting new content, including reports and large volumes of information.
* Market Content and Gaps: Monitor competitors’ websites (open source) and provide feedback on potential content enhancements.
* Auditing and Reporting: Analyze data and prepare performance reports.
* Coordination: Collaborate with knowledge lawyers, practice groups, and business development teams to align digital content with broader campaigns and business goals.
* Training: Produce and update training guides to support internal and external platform users.
* Ongoing Monitoring: Regularly review pages and publications to ensure content is published using existing templates, maintaining consistency across the platform.
