Hours: 39 hours per week, 6:45 – 15:30 Monday to Thursday, 6:45 – 14:05 Friday
Salary: £12.21 per hour
Holidays: Fixed Factory shutdowns
We are looking for a Dispatch Operative to join our fast-paced team at Lebus Upholstery on a permanent basis. As a Dispatch Operative, you will work alongside colleagues to ensure the safe, accurate, and efficient handling, packaging, and movement of stock ready for delivery to our customers.
Role Purpose
To work collaboratively within the Dispatch Department, ensuring continuous, safe, and accurate manual handling and movement of stock, while maintaining high standards of quality and service.
What you'll be doing
* Work efficiently and effectively as part of a team to meet targets and job standards set by Supervisors/Managers.
* Package finished products according to customer requirements.
* Ensure all vehicles are loaded accurately and to specification.
* Communicate effectively with Supervisors/Managers.
* Be adaptable and flexible in your approach to work.
* Perform any reasonable request from Supervisors/Managers.
* Assist with regular perpetual inventory checks.
* Provide a professional, courteous, and efficient service to all internal customers.
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment, complying with company and legislative standards.
* Take reasonable care of your own health and safety and that of others, following all company safety and quality systems and reporting any concerns or incidents.
