The Role
We are recruiting for a Night Care Assistant to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our customers every day. As a Night Care Assistant at Steeple View, you would be expected to embrace values of empathy, respect, and dignity as you provide essential care to individuals in need.

Your main duties will include:
1. personal care
2. medication administration
3. supporting people through temporary or terminal illness
4. helping with eating and drinking
5. light domestic duties such as bed making
6. support with social, physical activities and mental stimulation such as hobbies and recreation
About you
You will be warm and friendly, with a natural caring nature, a great sense of humour, and positive energy that brings a smile to people’s faces. You are a great listener with a caring and supportive attitude, focused on the individual rather than routine.
About Steeple View
Steeple View is situated in the village of Stowupland, two miles east of Stowmarket, Suffolk. It is close to local amenities including doctor’s surgeries, dentists, butchers, supermarkets, and boutique shops. It is an Extra Care housing scheme supporting independent living with shared facilities and 24-hour care services, including options for couples to live together.
