The role falls within the Cyber Support Engineering team and involves the rollout, maintenance, evolution and support of new network infrastructure. You will support internal and external customers, working primarily on‑site with occasional visits to customer sites.

Responsibilities
* Involved in all aspects of the support of the network infrastructure including build, patching, user support, and implementing changes, all following standard ITIL processes.
* Leading investigations and resolving issues that are escalated from the help desk.
* Assisting and mentoring junior members of the team, sharing knowledge so incidents can be resolved within SLA.
* Maintaining and monitoring the equipment on internal and external classified networks.
Qualifications
* Driven individual who takes pride in their work.
* Experience supporting network infrastructure.
* Experience with networking, firewall configuration, load balancers, Windows (Server and Desktop), virtualization (ESXi), and patching.
