HR Digital & Data Implementation Lead
Central Government client 6-month contract | Somerset – 2 days per week | £350-£400 per day
We’re hiring an HR Digital & Data Implementation Lead for a central government client on an initial 6-month contract.
This role will focus on HR systems improvement, data governance, people analytics and digital HR transformation, with a strong emphasis on iTrent.
You’ll be responsible for:
* Leading HR systems and data improvement activity
* Driving data governance, cleansing and retention alignment
* Embedding additional iTrent functionality, including self-service and automation
* Developing people analytics dashboards using iTrent DataMart and Power BI
* Supporting wider HR digital transformation and process improvement work
We’re looking for someone with:
* Strong experience across HR systems and digital tools
* Good knowledge of iTrent / MHR
* Experience delivering people analytics and dashboards
* A background in HR data governance and data quality improvement
* Strong stakeholder management and project delivery skills
