What you'll do: Deliver and maintain exceptional cleaning standards across the site, providing hands-on support whenever needed. Carry out weekly building audits and ensure all work orders are completed within agreed SLAs. Lead, motivate, and develop the on-site cleaning team, ensuring training is completed and standards are consistently met. Manage staffing levels effectively, ensuring smooth cover during planned and unplanned absences. Promote and maintain full compliance with health, safety, environmental, and company policies. What you'll bring: Proven cleaning experience with a strong eye for detail and commitment to high standards. Experience working to schedules and monitoring performance to ensure consistent quality. Strong customer service skills with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset. Supervisory or team leadership experience, with a positive, hands-on and supportive approach.
