Customer Support & Reception Coordinator (part time) We’re after a confident, proactive Customer Support & Reception Coordinator. The Role This is a varied, you’ll welcome visitors, keep admin in check, coordinate maintenance, and make sure the site looks its best. You’ll Be Doing * Greeting walk-ins, answering calls, and responding to enquiries quickly and warmly * Keeping the reception area tidy * Building strong relationships * Sending invoices, chasing payments, and updating customer records * Organising lease and insurance paperwork * Managing H&S, fire checks, and compliance logs * Keeping the brand alive online — social posts, community projects, and local engagement You Bring * A friendly, confident personality and polished communication skills * Excellent organisation and attention to detail * A can-do attitude — you spot what needs doing and get it done * Experience in customer service, admin, or facilities (a bonus but not essential) Hours: This is a 20-hour-per-week role with a flexible pattern that rotates to give variety and good work–life balance. Example pattern: * Week 1: Saturday 9–4, Sunday 10–2, and one weekday 8–6 * Week 2: Two full weekdays 8–6
