Brightwork is recruiting a Customer Services Advisor to join a hard-working, friendly team. You will be working in the sales department on a 6-month temporary contract. This seasonal role starts immediately. Youll be working full-time, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm onsite. This role meets the NMW and you will be training as you progress, earning over £480 weekly.
Your Time at Work
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will:
* Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls
* Work as part of a team onsite, completing and sending emails with quotations
* Have polite and friendly phone manners and a willingness to help customers
* Maintain a consistent pace and positive attitude, and able to take accurate notes
* Being able to navigate Word and Excel is essential
