Our client in Winchester is looking for a driven and customer-focused Car Sales Executive to join our growing team at our modern dealership in Winchester.

Due to the high volume that this brand can offer, still encompassing a premium look and feel, we are recruiting for a motivated person with previous sales experience. No previous car sales experience is needed, but customer facing sales in a fast-paced background is preferred.
What You’ll Do as a Car Sales Executive:
* Engage customers with a consultative and friendly sales approach
* Match customers with the perfect vehicle, whether petrol, hybrid, or electric
* Represent vehicles that combine advanced tech, stylish design, and affordability
* Guide Motability Scheme customers through a seamless and supportive buying journey
* Work towards monthly sales targets and earn generous commission
* Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and professionalism
What We’re Looking For in a Car Sales Executive:
* Previous experience in a sales environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience
* Self-motivated with a positive, proactive attitude
* Full UK driving licence required
