TXM Recruit are currently looking for X2 Gas Safe Plumbers to work in the Chertsey, Surrey area for a private property management company specializing in ultra-high-end mansions.
Role Details:
* Working hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 8-4 or 9-5, with lots of overtime available.
* Weekend work on a shift rota (approximately 1 in 4, but variable).
* Flexible hours during the busy season (May to October).
Salary: £40,000 per annum (overtime after 40 hours at time and a half).
Key Responsibilities:
* Install, maintain, and repair hot and cold-water services, sanitation, waste disposal, and central heating systems.
* Fix and maintain piped services, including drainage.
* Test closed-loop heating circuits for correct levels.
* Assist colleagues as required.
* Maintain inventory of plumbing materials.
* Coordinate with colleagues, supervisors, and managers to ensure quality service delivery.
* Provide cover during colleagues' absences.
* Follow all company policies, especially health and safety protocols.
* Participate in seasonal shift and on-call rota.
* Perform any other duties as assigned.
