Job Description
This Talent Acquisition Partner role is an excellent opportunity to develop your recruitment experience in a full 360 role. You will:
3. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
4. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and provide expert advice on recruitment strategies.
5. Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
6. Utilise various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to attract top candidates.
7. Liaise with recruitment agencies.
8. Coordinate and conduct screening interviews, ensuring a fair and consistent selection process.
9. Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress to stakeholders within the organisation.
10. Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.
11. Support employer branding initiatives to enhance the organisation's reputation as an employer of choice.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Talent Acquisition Partner will have:
12. Proven experience in 360 recruitment, ideally in an in-house role.
13. Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.
14. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders.
15. Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
16. A proactive mindset with a solution-focused approach to challenges.
