This apprenticeship is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on classroom experience while studying towards a nationally recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
* Supporting teachers in the delivery of engaging and effective lessons
* Working with students 1:1 or in small groups to support learning and progress
* Assisting in the preparation of resources, displays, and classroom materials
* Encouraging positive behaviour and helping to create a nurturing learning environment
* Supporting students with SEND, SEMH, or additional needs under staff guidance
* A genuine passion for working with young people and making a difference
* Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
* Reliable, punctual, and committed to personal and professional development
* No prior school experience required - full training and support will be provided
* GCSEs in English and Maths (or working towards) are desirable
* Full support in working towards a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
