Person specification We’re looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic candidates who can / have: Lead, build and strengthen effective relationships with partners who want to build more affordable housing. Provide leadership and line management support to colleagues. Lead innovative ways of working and support to internal and external partners to enable more affordable homes to be built. Support the development of our pipeline of affordable housing schemes across our regions, working closely with colleagues in other teams. Collate and present complex information clearly both in writing and verbally. Experience in housing development with a good understanding of the affordable housing sector including funding models. Work flexibly and will always be looking for ways to improve and innovate. Delivering on a mission as bold as ours isn’t always easy. You will be an excellent communicator, resilient and comfortable managing stakeholders at a senior level. Your approach in discussions will always be shaped by a good understanding of the commercial and operational impact of what we do as an affordable housing team.
