Job title: Groups Call Centre Agent
Job summary: To answer incoming groups phone and email enquiries. Request and load allocation onto booking systems. Other admin and duties as required.

Reporting to: Groups Team Leader
Main duties and responsibilities:
Operational
To provide a ticket support and fulfillment service for Groups customers
To request and load allocations onto the system, confirming/releasing seats as per agreement with customer.
Sales
Offer upsell items to customers as required.
Administration
Load allocation accurately onto the relevant booking system. Save documentation relating to offers correctly.
Ensure customer information is accurately entered onto the booking systems.
Ensure that invoices and confirmation documents are sent to customers.
General
4.1 The jobholder is required to exercise total confidentiality, discretion and integrity regarding information acquired as a result of their position with the organisation.

3 Hours of work 40 hours per week between Monday and Friday.

Pay: £20,800.00-£22,713.00 per year
