Person Specification - Computer Science Teacher:
Hold a recognised teaching qualification in the UK, including QTS (or an appropriate overseas qualification leading to obtaining QTS).
Strong personal qualifications with demonstrable mainstream Secondary school experience as a Computer Science Teacher, preferably in the UK.
Experience teaching a range of exam subjects on the National Curriculum is an advantage.
Experience in a mixed ability secondary comprehensive school with the ability to differentiate lessons accordingly.
Open to ECT applicants looking for a position next September.
Confidence in planning, preparing, and delivering lessons for mixed ability pupils at GCSE level.
A good team player with a can-do attitude and sense of humour.
Ambitious and driven.
