Protocol Education is on the lookout for psychology graduates with a passion for child development and behaviour to support children with additional needs in mainstream and specialist schools.
What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Supporting children with SEND, including autism, ADHD, and SEMH needs
2. Putting theory into practice: helping pupils regulate emotions, engage in learning, and build positive relationships
3. Working 1:1 or in small groups under the guidance of experienced teachers and SENDCos
4. Supporting learning, routines, and social-emotional development across the school day
5. Gaining hands-on experience that’s perfect for future careers in educational psychology, mental health, or teaching
