Job Title: Personal Assistant/Support Worker
Hours: 3 hours per week (dates & times to be discussed and mutually agreed with employer)
Rates of Pay: £15.60
Location: Abergele, Conwy

I am a man who has been diagnosed with Dementia. I enjoy going out to attend activities, such as, cinema, museums, cafes and Veteran events.

Can work flexibly, adapting to the variable requirements of this role as required.
Has access to a vehicle and have a full UK driving licence, with evidence of the policy including Class 1 business use.
Task and duties, to include any or all the following:
To take me out to activities I may enjoy.
To support me with activities in the household, such as, painting.
To improve social skills and promote independent living skills.
Positive self-esteem and self-confidence should be promoted whilst undertaking any activities.
Any other duties not mentioned but that fall within the scope of this role should be discussed and then mutually agreed.
Undertake any further training, as mutually agreed.
The role is dependent upon a DBS.
