Job Title: Control Tower Supervisor (Nights)

Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent
Working Hours: 17:00 to 05:00, Monday to Friday (with occasional Saturday overtime)

What You'll Do:
As the Control Tower Supervisor, you will be the backbone of our night-time transport operations, ensuring smooth and efficient deliveries to retail stores across the UK. Your key responsibilities will include:
Overseeing the day-to-day transport operations with a focus on night-time deliveries.
Leading and supporting the Driving Team to meet planning expectations and uphold high standards.
Identifying and addressing any performance issues using management tools and clear communication.
Ensuring compliance with driver hours, vehicle defects, and local regulations.
Collaborating with the Management Team and other leaders to maintain operational excellence.
Driving continuous improvement by analysing data trends and implementing process enhancements.What We are Looking For:
The ideal candidate will be equipped with:
Strong administrative skills and a knack for organisation.
Excellent verbal communication skills, especially when interacting with drivers.
A proactive mindset focused on quality and performance improvement.
The ability to work independently and contribute effectively to the team.This role is on a temporary basis starting asap, with a view to become permanent.
