Location: Fort William
Hours: 35 hours per week
Duration: Permanent
Salary: £35,399 - £39,585 p.a.
Salary placing will normally be at the first point of the scale.

Job Purpose: To assist the Roads Operation Manager and Senior Engineer in:
* delivering the Council's capital road maintenance programme.
* management and maintenance of the local road network in accordance with legislation.
* preparing minor infrastructure designs and supervision of schemes.

Requirements
1. NC/HNC in Civil Engineering.
2. Good understanding of both Road and H&S Legislation.
3. Valid driving licence. You will be expected to travel across the Council network to meet the operational requirements of the Service.
