Remote Cold Caller (Commission Based)
Casperflow is a leading software company based in the US employing AI and automation software to help contractors and local service based businesses to rapidly grow and outcompete.
We’re looking for a few confident individuals who are comfortable on the phone and want to earn commission-based income booking appointments. You’ll be working in a lean setup with direct support from the founders, and we’ll give you everything you need to succeed and grow with our company.
What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll be calling US contractors, pitching Casperflow, and booking them into appointments.
You will be given:
* Leads
* Call scripts
* CRM & dialer
* Full training and support from experienced professionals
Your only goal is to dial & book appointments.
What We’re Looking For:
* Fluent English (clear / neutral accent)
* Comfortable chatting with US business owners
* Able to work within US time zones
* Reliable, coachable, and motivated
* Comfortable using CRM and dialing software
* Must have previous sales & cold calling experience
