The Role
They are looking for a qualified Senior Support Worker to join their team. The post holder will actively participate in supporting the team, monitoring and ensuring that the service delivery meets statutory and regulatory requirements, and develop and actively maintain person-centred care provided to their service users. They are seeking someone to enhance performance, promote constructive feedback, and maintain an effective safe working environment.
Responsibilities
* Participate in supporting the team to ensure service delivery meets statutory and regulatory requirements.
* Develop and actively maintain person-centred care for service users.
* Support performance improvement, promote constructive feedback, and maintain a safe working environment.
Skills and Qualifications
* Qualified to minimum of Level 3 NVQ in HSE or equivalent.
* At least 2 years significant supervisory experience in a relevant care setting within the past 5 years.
* Experience in supporting people with autism and challenging behaviour: 2 years.
* Experience of Autistic Spectrum Condition.
