Senior Invoice Finance Audit Manager
Responsibilities
* Lead and develop a team of professionals, including Invoice Finance Managers and Auditors.
* Oversee the delivery of tailored financial solutions to clients, ensuring audits, asset validations, and onboarding processes are conducted with precision and care.
* Maintain compliance with regulatory standards, drive operational excellence, and foster lasting client relationships.
* Coach and inspire colleagues to consistently deliver exceptional service.
* Contribute to shaping the strategic direction of the invoice finance offering to align with client needs and industry best practices.
* Deliver high-quality service and advice to clients, ensuring their understanding of systems and responsibilities.
* Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and a commitment to risk management and customer outcomes.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in leading and developing teams with strong leadership and coaching abilities.
* Comprehensive knowledge of invoice finance operations, including audits, asset validations, and onboarding processes.
* Strong technical expertise in invoice finance auditing standards, asset finance guidelines, and regulatory compliance.
* Effective communication skills with the ability to engage and influence clients and colleagues.
* Experience in contributing to the development of strategies and plans within a financial services environment.
How we work
We support flexible working where possible. For roles with a hybrid option, attend the base location at least 3 days a week to connect, collaborate and learn together; the remaining 2 days may be worked from home or another bank location. Some roles are customer-facing, where face-to-face interaction is essential.
