Overview:
Camera Security Services is seeking a professional and motivated Monitoring Station Manager to lead our 24/7 control room team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business with strong ambitions and a supportive culture.
As the Monitoring Station Manager, you will take responsibility for the daily operation of our monitoring station, ensuring that all incidents, alarms, and alerts are handled efficiently and effectively. You'll manage team performance, drive service quality, and be an integral part of our operational leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a 24/7 monitoring team working on a 4 on / 4 off, 12-hour shift pattern
* Oversee all aspects of alarm and CCTV monitoring
* Manage incident logging, escalation, and reporting processes
* Maintain compliance with NSI standards and company procedures
* Improve processes, workflows, and use of technology
* Liaise with other departments, clients, and emergency services when needed
Requirements:
* Experience in a similar monitoring, ARC, or security control room environment
* Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
* Excellent attention to detail and time management
* Ability to stay calm under pressure and support a shift-based team
* Familiarity with industry regulations and best practices
