Key Responsibilities:
* Provide clinical care to haematology and oncology patients in a busy and evolving department.
* provide 24 hours On Call support
* Participate in inpatient and outpatient haematology services, managing complex cases under the supervision of senior consultants.
* Contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings and patient management discussions.
* Develop and refine clinical skills in diagnostic haematology, chemotherapy protocols, and bone marrow transplantation.
* Participate in teaching, training, and mentoring of junior staff, as well as medical students.
* Engage in research and audit activities as part of the department’s academic goals.

Qualifications & Requirements:
* Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent).
* Full registration with the General Medical Council (GMC) or eligibility for registration.
* Completion of Foundation Year 1 and 2 or equivalent experience in a clinical setting.
* ST4 level or equivalent experience in Haematology or related specialties.
* Demonstrable interest in Haemato-oncology and patient-centered care.
* Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams and communicate clearly with patients and staff.
* A commitment to continuous professional development and active participation in research.
