As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a confident and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative to join our remote team and help drive new business.
What You’ll Do:
* Reach out to warm leads provided by the company and convert them into confirmed bookings.
* Build rapport with potential clients and guide them through the booking process.
* Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable cleaning solutions.
* Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress using CRM tools.
* Hit and exceed monthly sales targets to unlock uncapped commission.
What You’ll Bring:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales or direct sales.
* Strong communication skills and a professional phone manner.
* Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
* Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
* Resilience under pressure and a positive attitude when handling objections.

* Confident handling objections and pressure, with a positive attitude.
* Experience in phone-based sales, consistently meeting targets.
* Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Familiarity with CRM systems for managing leads and tracking performance.
* Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
