Class Teacher + EYFS Phase Achievement Leader (Portland Spencer Academy)

Location: Portland Spencer Academy, Westwick Road, Bilborough, Nottingham, NG8 4HB, UK

We are looking for someone who:

* A SPIREs to provide the best quality of education for the children in their class, in their subject and across the phase in which they lead.
* Shows the skills to work alongside people successfully; getting the best from them whilst holding them to account for their work with the children;
* Possesses and can articulate excellent subject knowledge across the EYFS curriculum and in the pedagogy of teaching to ensure that all children make the progress they deserve;
* Inspils high expectations by leading by example, giving others a role model to inspire them, which results in others reaching the high standards required;
* Relies upon an evidence-informed approach to implement change across their team, using research to underpin, challenge and support staff and children alike;
* Energy, drive and desire will take our school on the next step in our journey.
