The successful Accountancy Practice Administrator will be expected to:
· Have a strong working knowledge of various office systems (previous experience within the accountancy/professional services sector providing admin support would be advantageous but not necessary).

Key duties and responsibilities include:
· Administration of workflow systems.
· AML checks and processing.
· Assistance with client onboarding tasks.
· Assisting in client payment monitoring and contact.
· Responding to emails.
· Generally assisting technical staff with contacting clients, logging documents etc.
· Answering, screening, and directing phone calls.
· Scanning, distributing and electronically filing incoming post.
· Other general administrative duties.
Client Services:
· Monitor client satisfaction and promote improvements.
· Build and maintain relationships to drive the business forward.
Must have:
· Strong administration, organisational and time management skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office.
· Ability to manage a changing environment and focus on the firm's goals.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to work independently in a highly organised way to manage multiple tasks and requests.
· Friendly and welcoming manner with professional presentation.
· A willingness to work with others and respect their views.

Role status:
· Full time but reduced hours considered

· Standard hours are 37.5 hours per week – (9am to 5pm) for full time working.
