Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Voids Working Foreman to support the delivery of a high-quality voids programme for a housing association contract across Kent and the East Sussex border.
This is a hands-on, site-based role, where you will lead by example—combining supervisory responsibilities with active involvement in carrying out works. You will play a key role in maintaining high standards, driving performance, and supporting operatives to deliver excellent results in line with KPIs and company expectations.
Salary: £42,000
Hours: 42.5
Contract: Permanent
