Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality, engaging teaching across a range of full-time and part-time programmes. Plan, prepare, and assess learning activities while promoting essential skills such as literacy, numeracy and digital capability.
* Contribute to curriculum planning and support the delivery of basic and key skills.
* Take responsibility for maximising learner attendance, retention, and punctuality within assigned groups, ensuring an outstanding learning experience for all.
About You / Qualifications
* The role requires a suitably qualified and experienced professional with a strong background in the relevant subject area. Applicants should hold a recognised teaching qualification or be willing to work towards one.
* Candidates must demonstrate comprehensive subject knowledge, an understanding of current educational initiatives, and a creative, innovative approach to developing teaching materials.
* Intermediate IT skills are essential, particularly in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint. Desirable skills include familiarity with learner management systems, student record systems, virtual learning environments and e-learning platforms.
