To provide an efficient and effective administrative service within the Homeless Health Exchange. Responsibilities include providing administrative and secretarial support to the Practice and Practice Manager, and covering reception duties in their absence.
The post holder will support the established administrative and secretarial services within the Homeless Health Exchange. They will also support a team of professionals providing treatment to homeless service users with substance misuse, physical, and mental health issues.
Reliable data entry into the Emis computer system is required to ensure a full and effective clinic system. The role involves welcoming visitors, staff, and patients, and handling telephone calls politely, friendly, and courteously.
