Responsibilities include:
* Prepare and review loan agreements, security documentation, and related legal paperwork
* Conduct due diligence on borrowers and collateral
* Liaise with lenders, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth transaction flow
* Maintain accurate records and manage case files
* Assist senior lawyers with drafting and compliance tasks
