Your role Support customers with learning and physical disabilities to build independence and reach their potential Work as a key worker to help individuals create and follow care and support plans Provide personalised care, including sensitive personal care and safe medication management Assistcustomers with daily routines such as getting up, washed and dressed Support customers to access the community, including shops, cafés,friendsand appointments Promote a positive culture by engaging with customers and reducing social isolation Helpmaintaina clean and comfortable environment and follow safe practices, including risk assessments Your skills Experience delivering personal care is helpful but not essential Kind,caringand compassionate nature Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team Flexible and adaptable to changing customer needs Strong organisational skills NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards it Proficient technology/IT skills (Microsoft Office and similar) Your rewards A variety of online discounts and rewards from major retailers Health and well-being plans A wide range of learning and development opportunities Ready to BeYourBest?
