Your Role and Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver high-quality lessons aligned with the national curriculum, catering to the complex SEMH needs of all pupils.
* Support the class team in facilitating engaging learning opportunities and promoting positive behaviors.
* Monitor and report on pupils' progress and concerns, collaborating with other staff to ensure all needs are met.
* Supervise pupils during non-classroom times, including extracurricular activities and school trips.
* Build positive relationships with pupils to drive interaction and foster positive learning outcomes.
Requirements and Qualifications
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* Possess a strong educational background at degree level.
* Demonstrate previous successful teaching experience.
* Have experience working with pupils with SEMH needs in an educational setting.
* Exhibit knowledge of behavior management techniques.
* Show commitment to professional development and a willingness to learn.
* Be prepared to undergo an Enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check prior to starting work.

The successful candidate will be required to complete an enhanced DBS Check, the cost of which will be covered by Polaris Education.
