I'm currently recruiting on behalf of a respected Building Services contractor based in Worcester, who are looking for a proactive and detail-driven Operations Administrator to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong Excel skills and a background in construction or technical environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update spreadsheets, trackers, and project documentation
Support engineers and project managers with day-to-day admin tasks
Liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
Assist with procurement, scheduling, and compliance paperwork
Prepare reports and maintain accurate records
Contribute to health & safety and quality assurance processes
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in an administrative role (ideally within building services or construction)
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data handling)
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Familiarity with project documentation and terminology is a plus
